We inform our kind customers that as a result of numerous paypall practices opened unjustly against us, reservations will no longer be available.
Despite the regulation is clear about refunds and despite the fact that we have always proposed to meet our customers by moving and keeping reservations pending even for months, we find ourselves having to make this decision.
Only bookings still in the system will be valid
